1. General Terms
All services provided by Special Beauty Parlor are subject to availability.
Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
Our spa services are intended for individuals aged 6 or older. Minors may receive treatments with parental or guardian consent.
2. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked via phone, or in person.
When booking, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
3. Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled time or in the case of a no-show.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Gift cards can be purchased in story only
6. Private Parties
All private spa parties hosted at Special Beauty Parlor require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the event.
A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all private party events.
To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking your private party well in advance. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event to avoid additional charges.
7. Medical Considerations
Clients are responsible for informing our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. Please consult with your physician before booking.
8. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
9. Liability
Special Beauty Parlor and its staff are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from treatments or the misuse of products.
By booking and receiving treatments, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
